Our hospital provides citizens with the ability to submit their requests electronically through the DocuGate platform.

You can now request a hospitalisation certificate, a copy of your medical record, a certificate confirming that no examinations were carried out, and more — easily, quickly, and securely. Access is verified through TAXISnet credentials and a personal digital inbox. In addition, hospital documents can be verified via QR code or verification code.

Please note that access to the e-services.gnaa.gr platform requires authentication using your personal TAXISnet login credentials via the interoperability service of the General Secretariat for Information Systems.
You may also view and print any digitally issued documents as many times as you need.
